The products retailed at SmartTools Pte Ltd is of utmost quality and assurance is given in the form of recognition by the brands we partner with. We believe in giving back to the community, thus, 5% of our annual profits are donated off to charities or orphanages. We strictly adhere to our code of ethics and we make no compromises regardless of business opportunity. We started off with humble roots and customer satisfaction remains as one of our few priorities. Our view is that customer satisfaction plays a huge role in our business model and we would like to develop ourselves on it.
Vision Statement
Our vision for the brand is that we would like to establish ourselves as the preferred premium retailer for smart products.
5-10 years down the road, we wish to expand to other countries and set-up retail stores there. From then on, we would build our company brand through excellent Customer Relationship Management and step foot into other markets such as Computer Technology and other appliances.
